Booking & Appointment Data
When you book an appointment with us to sell cards or sealed product (via our online booking tool), we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Details of the items you're looking to sell (card names, quantities, condition, or a rough estimate if you choose not to itemise)
- Your chosen payment preference, appointment date, and time
- Any additional notes you provide
This information is used solely to manage your appointment, prepare for your visit, send you a booking confirmation, and prevent the same time slot being double-booked. It is stored using Firebase, a Google Cloud service, and used to send confirmation emails via EmailJS, a third-party email service. Both are processors acting on our behalf — they do not use your data for their own purposes.
This data is accessible to authorised Baltic TCG staff only and is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage bookings and resolve any related queries, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.
General Contact
If you contact us by email, phone, or in person — including by joining our Discord or messaging us on social media — we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, or phone number) in order to respond to you.
Third-Party Services We Use
In running this website and our booking system, we use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited personal data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards:
- Squarespace — website hosting and analytics
- Firebase (Google) — appointment booking storage
- EmailJS — sending booking confirmation emails
